The Undergraduate program in Materials Science and NanoEngineering, offers two degrees: Bachelor of arts (BA) and Bachelor of science (BSMSNE).

2016-2017 BS MSNE program must have at least 131 semester hours and included the following courses

Mathematics and Science courses:                                                Specialization Electives:
MATH 101, 102, 211 and 212 1 approved Engineering electives (not MSNE)
CHEM 121/123 and 122/124 1 approved Science electives 
PHYS 101/103 or 111, 102/104 or 112  2 approved Technical electives 
PHYS 201 or CHEM 211/213 or CHEM 311 MSNE Seminar courses:
CAAM 210 and 335 MSNE 450 and 451
Core courses: Design courses:
MSNE 201 MSNE 407 and 408
MSNE 301, 303 and 311
MSNE 401, 402, 406, 411, 415, 435 and 437

 
2016-2017 BA program must have at least 120 semester hours and include the following courses
